Lissa joined Wegman Partners in 2022.

Lissa specializes in staffing legal professionals for law firms throughout New York, including NYC, and other metro areas such as Atlanta and Dallas. She recruits paralegals, associates, and partners for direct-hire opportunities with her BigLaw and boutique law firm clients. For her smaller clients, she works with them to find attorneys that fulfill their needs with location flexibility. This makes Lissa a great resource for candidates seeking relocation.

Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Lissa practiced as a litigation attorney for over a decade, working for an AmLaw 200 firm and smaller shops. Given her legal background, Lissa knows that individuals thrive in different environments and tries to make a good match between candidate and client.

Lissa received her Bachelor of Art from Hamilton College and her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Syracuse University.

In her spare time, Lissa enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys, and their dog.
