Annie knows that the right career move is about more than a new title—it’s about finding the right fit for the long term.

With two decades of experience across Big Law and boutique firms, in both legal practice and operations, Annie works with partners, counsels, and associates to navigate career decisions with care, sound judgment, and a long view.

Annie takes time to understand what matters to each attorney, including the factors that don’t fit neatly on a résumé: client needs, opportunities to grow relationships, platform, culture, and long-term goals. She helps attorneys assess the market and consider whether the strongest next step is a move—or staying put. When a move makes sense, Annie connects a candidate’s priorities with the firm’s needs to help evaluate opportunities thoughtfully. Her approach is grounded in each candidate’s best interests and the belief that careers are built strategically: chess, not checkers.

Annie earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University in 2004. Outside work, she enjoys adventures with her husband, playing with their dogs, Faithy and Jack, working out, and hiking wherever their annual destination takes them.
