Andrew is an attorney and veteran legal recruiter that focuses on placing high-end attorneys in positions at law firms and corporations nationwide. Andrew’s approach is a consultative one, bringing his market knowledge and experience to candidates and clients, establishing strong and enduring relationships and assisting in finding the best fits for both sides. Many consider recruiting a “sales” job, and while in some ways it is – selling market knowledge, relationships, negotiation skills, and trustworthiness – Andrew’s approach is not to sell clients or candidates, but to provide the information and opportunity for them to sell themselves to each other as he counsels them through the process.

In the legal industry, attorney moves are often referred to as “lateral moves.” While there are lateral components to most moves, particularly firm to firm, the best moves involve improvement in at least one, if not several, key components. Andrew’s focus is always to assist candidates to upgrade, rather than simply lateral.

Andrew received his J.D from George Mason University of Law where he was a Legal Writing Fellow and a member of the Journal of Law and Economic Policy. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colgate University. In his free time, Andrew spends time chasing around his two young sons, is an avid sports fan, and a gym rat.
