Kimberly brings more than 20 years of legal recruiting experience. Her practice is focused on lateral partner and practice group recruiting, working with law firms to support strategic growth across key U.S. markets.

Throughout her career, Kimberly has developed strong relationships with attorneys and law firm leaders, advising on searches that align individual practices with a firm’s broader platform, culture, and business objectives. She takes a highly personalized and consultative approach, investing the time to understand each partner’s practice, client base, goals, and long-term priorities, as well as the strategic needs of the firms she represents.
