Tom Beaver joined Wegman Partners in 2025.

Tom specializes in the placement of attorneys with leading law firms across the United States. He works with associates, counsel, and partners across a broad range of practice areas, helping candidates navigate strategic career moves while advising law firms on identifying exceptional legal talent.

Drawing on his legal education and firsthand understanding of the legal profession, Tom takes a thoughtful, consultative approach to legal recruiting. He is committed to building long-term relationships founded on trust, responsiveness, and discretion, working closely with both candidates and clients to ensure every placement aligns with each firm’s strategic objectives and each attorney’s long-term career goals.

Tom received his Juris Doctor from The University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia.
