Brian McMahon

Brian McMahon joined Wegman Partners in 2025.

Brian represents partners and partner groups in the lateral market throughout the United States. He has helped firms open offices in new markets and facilitated mergers between law firms large and small.  Prior to joining Wegman Partners in 2025, Brian opened the Minneapolis office of a global legal search firm. In his fourth full year with that firm he was the #1 recruiter in the company.

Brian graduated from the University of Notre Dame and William Mitchell College of Law. He practiced law for 15 years before embarking on his career as a legal recruiter.

In his free time, Brian spends as much time as he can with his high school-aged daughter, including watching her play sports. He is an avid golfer and college football fan and a frequent traveler to Ireland.
