Rob Nutinsky is the founder of Wegman Partners’ Philadelphia office.
Over the last 9 years, Rob’s legal recruiting career has been focused on helping partners and associates on exploring new opportunities on a global landscape. In his most previous role, Rob worked for a Fortune 500 company continuing his focus of placing associates, partners, and corporate counsel with an array of AmLaw 100 law firms and Fortune 500 corporations. He also has expanded his practice over the last few years to help regional and local firms with needs addressing operations and support staff.
Rob began his career as an executive recruiter for a national multi-discipline search firm. His practice focused on placing senior level management individuals with commercial and investment banks. An example of the positions Rob placed are CEO, CFO, Chief Lending Officer, SVP of Lending, VP of Investment Banking, and VP SBA Business Development Officer. His client representation was wide ranged from multi-national financial services companies; like Goldman Sachs, Lehman Bros., and CIT Group to small local startup banks.
Prior to beginning a career as a legal recruiter, Rob was the Regional Director of Member Programming & Events for a Fortune 500 Health & Fitness company in Northern Virginia. In 2005, he was relocated to Houston, TX to assist with an expansion into the Texas market.
Rob is currently attending Pennsylvania State University and previously attended Marymount University in Arlington, VA.
Rob currently resides in and is a native of the Philadelphia area. He spent 11 years in Houston, Texas. He is an avid Philadelphia sports fan, especially for The Eagles. Rob loves to play golf, cooking, traveling and spend time at the beach with his girlfriend, Tinisha, and their two dogs, Yoshi & Shlomo.
