Tiffany Shumway Kay, Esq. joined Wegman Partners in 2011, and she specializes in recruiting for law firms and in-house placements.

Tiffany started her legal career in litigation before expanding her practice by joining a top AmLaw 100 firm in the financial institutions practice group. It was during this time that she participated in the firm’s summer recruiting programs and discovered her passion for helping others identify their perfect practice group.

Tiffany received her B.S. in Government, magna cum laude, from Texas Woman’s University in 1998, and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2001, where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society and on the Dean’s List.

Tiffany is admitted to practice in Texas and a member of a number of professional associations, which provide her with opportunities to meet talented individuals. She is a founding board member of Cooking Up English; a member of the Austin Junior League; a Meals on Wheels volunteer; and an ambassador for Compassionate Houston.
