Diana focuses on placing General Counsels, senior in-house counsel and compliance officers with corporations, nonprofits and universities. She applies over 25 years of top tier law firm, Capitol Hill, lobbying and public affairs experience to her recruiting practice. Her executive search background includes recruiting attorneys for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, academic institutions and nonprofits, both nationally and internationally.
Her recent placements have included: The General Counsel of the Investment Advisers Association; the General Counsel of Steben & Company, Inc., a leader in the managed futures industry; the General Counsel of Versar, a government contractor; the General Counsel for Algeco Scotsman, a global manufacturer; the General Counsel for HMSHost, a global hospitality company; the Director of Intellectual Propery for Barnes & Noble; the General Counsel of KAPSARC, an energy nonprofit in Dharan, Saudi Arabia; three Assistant General Counsels for Volkswagen Group of America and a Senior Counsel for AvalonBay.
Diana serves on the Advisory Board of the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project, a nonprofit that recruits, trains and supports volunteer attorneys to meet the civil legal needs of indigent women and families in D.C. Specifically, they serve in the areas of domestic violence, adoption, guardian at litem and foster car. She speaks often on careers, including recent affairs at the Jobs for JAGS panel (10/2014) and at the Georgetown University Law School LLM Program (2/2015.)
Prior to recruiting, Diana began her legal career as a litigation associate with WilmerHale in Boston. She then relocated to Washington D.C. to work on Capitol Hill for Rep. Barbara Kennelly (D-Conn.) and Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ.)
